The Great Draw Visual Arts Scholarship
The Great Draw Street Art Competition was established in 2011 by Outside the Lines Art Gallery co-owners, Connie Twining and Stormy Mochal. The event continues to be a fundraiser for The Great Draw Visual Art Scholarships which are awarded annually to local high school graduates attending either a two or four year college and pursuing a degree in the visual or graphic arts or art education. Since its inception, over $17,000 has been awarded.
Each Spring, a $500 scholarship will be awarded to one student from each Dubuque High School, one scholarship will be awarded to a student graduating from a high school in Jo Daviess County, IL, and one NICC Community College Student studying Graphic Design.

AUDREY KILGORE
Audrey is a 2025 Senior High School Graduate. She will be attending Iowa State University to study graphic design.
LENA OLSON
Lena is a 2025 Senior High School Graduate and employee at Outside the Lines! She will be attending the Milwaukee School of Art and Design to study illustration.
GWYN HILKEN
Gwyn is a 2025 Hempstead High School Graduate. She will be attending Iowa State University, double majoring in biology and visual arts.
Lucy is a 2025 Wahlert Catholic High School Graduate. She will be attending Iowa State University to study graphic design.
