Create a chalk pastel work of art among other local artists!
Sign up within your age category, or compete as an artist or team!
A basic pastel set will be provided!
How to Enter:
Fill out the application form and email it back to us at otlag@aol.com.
Pay the entry fee through our online store or mail a check to the Dubuque gallery.
Day of the Event:
Check In:
Saturday, September 12, between 7:30 and 9:00 am.
Where:
At the white tent on the east end of 11th Street.
You will pick your space after checking in, and the container to collect your ‘People’s Choice’ tickets will be provided.
An award presentation will be held in front of the gallery at approximately 5:00 pm. Artists and their families are invited to join us for complimentary pizza and beverages generously provided by L’May and Van’s Liquor Store.
