Outside the Lines Art Gallery will present its annual street drawing competition to be held on 11th Street, between Locust and Main Street, near the Dubuque Farmer's Market and the Carnegie-Stout Public Library.

 

This is a family-friendly event and a unique opportunity to see street paintings by local artists of all ages. 

 

The public is invited to this free event to view the street painters in action, viewing is available from 9 am to 4 pm. 
 

Come early and see the start of a masterpiece; come late and see the finished gems!
